Over the past 30 years, I have grown to love the mortgage lending business because of the way I feel after I close a loan. There’s great reward in seeing the excitement on my clients’ faces as they buy a new house or realize how much money they can save when they refinance a home. I began my mortgage lending career in 1984 and joined MIG in June 2013 as a loan officer in its West Knoxville/Parkside branch.

As a licensed mortgage loan originator, I work with Processor Leigh-Anne Waldroop and Closer Angie Haun to offer fair and professional customer service that exceeds client expectations. In addition to keeping my clients informed throughout the mortgage loan process, I encourage customers to ask questions so they can make sure they have all the information they need to select the best mortgage loan program for their situation and close on time.

During my career, I’ve been named a top producer in the state of Tennessee, and my former employer recognized me a dozen times as one of its Top 20 producers out of more than 200 loan officers across four states. I was also one of that company’s first inductees into its top producer Hall of Fame. I am a member of the Knoxville Mortgage Bankers Association and the Great Smoky Mountains Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors.

When I’m not advising borrowers about their home financing options, I enjoy fishing, camping, target shooting and tending to our family’s large vegetable garden. Throughout my life, I have been an active member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church, where I have taught both adult and youth Sunday School classes and served on numerous committees. I also take pride in the time I coached youth sports, including my sons’ baseball, soccer, basketball and football teams. I look forward to assisting you with your current or future mortgage loan needs. You may reach me at the contact information below. I hope to hear from you soon.
